Our story
Surgical precision, human warmth
Novelle began with a simple frustration: cosmetic consultations that felt like sales pitches. Our founders — two surgeons and a recovery nurse — opened a practice where the consultation is unhurried, risks are explained in plain language, and “no, you don't need this” is an acceptable answer.
Twelve years later that ethos fills every corner of the studio: accredited operating suites, 3D treatment planning, a recovery shop stocked with surgeon-approved aftercare, and a care team that answers after hours.
